icebar is a proud singapore brand opened by a 23 years old singaporean. our first outlet opened on 12 december 2020 in the heart of hougang neighbourhood.
with covid still around, we have faced many difficulties but we pull through nonetheless. with our instagrammable interior and stunning dishes, we soon caught the attention of well known media outlets in singapore.
less than a year after opening the first outlet, we open a second outlet in the town area of singapore, dhoby ghaut.
Less than a year of opening our second outlet, unfortunately we had to close it down due to unforeseen circumstances, we are sad to close down our second outlet, however this taught us to be stronger and push through all challenges that come in our way.

at icebar we believe in CSR.
Environment responsibility - We do not use any paper receipts as an effort to reduce negative impact on the environment. we also source bio-degradable materials in our takeaway packaging,
Ethical responsibility - We source ethical ingredients in our products, such as coffee beans that are fair traded and locally grown fruits that are used in our production of gelato. we also set a high minimum wage for our staff as we believe that they are the core of the business.
Philanthropic responsibility - As a local company, we are drawn to supporting other local companies. we work hand in hand with organizations and provide them with gelato to distribute to the needy or those who cannot afford it.
Economic Responsibility - we practise good financial decisions by only trading with business that have good ethics. our end goal is not to simply maximise profits, but positively impact the environment, people and society.
